Subject: HiLiftPW-3 wrapup Dear HiLiftPW-3 participants & interested parties, The Workshop presentations have been posted to: https://hiliftpw.larc.nasa.gov/Workshop3/presentations.html Please let us know if you find any problems. Next steps: 1. By August 15, 2017, all participants must either (a) leave their data as-is (default), or (b) submit corrected/updated data. If you are submitting any corrected/updated data, please submit an entire new tarball with EVERYTHING INCLUDED; do not send us individual piecemeal fixes/files (it is too easy for us to make a mistake when trying to replace individual files). (Note: although we discourage this course, participants may also ask us to completely withdraw their data from the workshop.) 2. Unfortunately, we were unable to accommodate everyone who wanted to participate in a special session at SciTech 2018. We apologize for this, but space is limited. The committee had to make difficult choices to select the invited participants. For those not already notified by the committee that they have been invited, we encourage you to publish your HiLiftPW-3 work in a different forum. Here are some suggestions: (a) Submit a regular abstract for a paper at AIAA Aviation 2018 (abstracts due to AIAA in the Fall of 2017). (b) Write a paper for the upcoming Springer book on High Lift (Omar Lopez of Universidad de Los Andes is the contact person - email us if you need his email address) (time-sensitive). (c) Submit to any conference or journal of your choice. We appreciate your interest in the important and challenging topic of High Lift. Thank you for helping to make the workshop a success!
